Atlas eMAR does not have any control over any of the above variables and cannot make any changes to the schedule or set up of a medication on the Atlas device without permission from the Home; if any changes have been made without the knowledge of the Home then these must be discussed with a Pharmacist as the change will have been made either by the Pharmacy or from direction from the prescriber.

For any queries relating to:

  • Synchronisation queries

  • Atlas eMAR Software

  • Unexpected behaviours (scanning intermittently, turning off sporadically etc)

  • Emergency procedures

The Atlas eMAR Support opening hours are from 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

For additional support out of hours there are help files available on Atlas Central to help the user to resolve any problems, or answer any questions, that may occur when our office/Pharmacy is closed.
