NB: It is important you have installed and connected your barcode scanner and label printer before this step.

CAPA Application

Please contact Support via live chat, or Support ticket, who will be able to provide you with the download files

There are two shortcuts (CAPA v9 -1 & CAPA v9 -2). This is because CAPA is deployed across two separate datacentres, meaning if there is a problem with one, then CAPA remains available via the other.

You can use either CAPA 1 or CAPA 2, it makes no difference.

When CAPA first loads, you may see a popup relating to the connection & certificate:

1. Tick "Don't ask me again for connection to this computer"

2. Click Connect

You will then need to use your CAPA license credentials for the PC. This will be sent via email. If you have not received it, please contact support@atlasemar.com

Log on

When you login using your user credentials, you will need to select your label printer from the dropdown list.

CAPA Checks

Before you can begin using CAPA, you will need to complete the on screen checks which help validate that the installation has been successful. This is important so we can capture any issues early.
