After logging in, your local printers are redirected and presented to CAPA.

The small screen provides a dropdown box of available printers. If your Zebra GK420d printer does not show in the list, then please try the steps below:

1. Wait 30 seconds and then click the "Refresh" button to the right of the drop down box.

Sometimes there is a slight delay redirecting your local printers, and Refresh will attempt to retrieve the latest list.

2. Restart your PC and wait for 1 hour

If this does not work, it might be that you logged into CAPA before the installation of the Zebra printer was complete.

Unfortunately your remote session will remain active for up to 1 hour. Therefore if you try connecting to CAPA again after that period, a new CAPA session will be created which will create a new connection to your printers.

3. Check to ensure the right version of the printer is installed

CAPA requires the following printer and version installed to work. If these do not match your PC, then please review the minimum hardware requirements section.

Printer Make and Model: Zebra GK420d

Printer Version: 5.1.07.5146
