"Care Homes" Screen information

The Care Home screen has been designed to give you maximise visibility of a overall view of your care homes details including active patients, orders and order status and monthly prescription percentages received.

Active patients

The active patient column displays the active patients currently in the home.

Days into cycle

This column displays the amount of days the home are into the current cycle. It is best practice for the home to place the next monthly order between day one and day eight of the current monthly cycle this to allow enough time for ordering, processing, dispensing and delivery.

Monthly order placed

The Monthly order placed column will display a tick once the order has been placed on the Atlas PCS Device and downloaded to CAPA (all items on the monthly must accounted for by confirming if the items are required or not required before the device will allow them to confirm and place the order on the device).

Monthly items received

Monthly items received displays the quantity of prescription received for the monthly order placed by the Care Homes.

Monthly %received

This column displays an overview of the percentage of the monthly prescription which have been received and entered by you (only prescriptions which have been fully entered will be displayed as part of the percentage).

Interim orders

This column displays the active interim orders pending.

Atlas PCS checks

This screen has been designed to display any new drugs added, dosage changes and drugs which have been reinstated by the home.

Stock running low

Although the care home are responsible for managing the stock within the home using the low stock prompts on the Atlas PCS Device and manually for items which required manual stock control, this screen allows you to view any item were stock can be calculated and is running low.
