If the Primo tablet needs to be reset follow this process:(Step only applicable if Primo is opened)
1. log in to the Primo device.
2. click on the settings cog in the top right corner>tools>Quit Primo
3. Click on the radar logo in the top left corner and select Restart>Yes
If the user is unable to complete the steps below as the primo application is not open (e.g. if the you cannot access the settings menu) follow this process:
1. Press and hold the power button on the top right-hand corner until the screen goes black.
2. Then press and hold the power button again to the tablet back on.
