This guide will show you how to view previous administrations of any items that require a body map/topical MAR.
1. Navigate to the residents page on the left side of the Dashboard on Atlas central.
2. Search for the resident in the search box in the top right and press search. Once you have found the resident click on them to bring up their profile
3. Find the medication in their medication list on their profile and click the "More" button on the right hand side.
4. Go to the timeline in the medication details. You can also filter the date in the top right of the timeline if you require specific dates. Find the time you want in the list of administrations and press the "Chart" button on the right of the administration.
5. You are now on the body map/Topical MAR for this particular administration and can view where this was administered.
6. If you need to save this for an audit you can do so by right clicking on it and clicking "Save image as" and choosing where you want this to be saved on your computer.
7. You can also view these from the daily Activity menu:
-Press to expand audit from the left hand side of Atlas central dashboard
-Select the subsection Daily activity
8.Press View chart against the administration record.
