You are able to view an electronic copy of the MAR via the device which can be used for audit purposes or administration queries within the home.
To view a residents MAR charts on Atlas eMAR, follow this process:
1. Log into Atlas eMAR, select Residents from the main menu
2. Select the resident you wish to view Mar Chart for
2. Select the medication bar
3. From the resident medication screen you can select Mar from the top of the screen
2. From the medication screen click on the details option below the medication in question and select MAR from the options at the top of the screen. This will bring up the MAR chart for that particular medication only. On the MAR chart, if any entry is selected it will show the administration record for this item. This will include the due date, due time, time it was actually administered, quantity or reason for not administering, and staff member who administered or actioned the medication.
Tips
If your electronic MAR chart is not displaying all admin's go to the options tab on your main menu, select update MAR chart. Once completed check the MAR again all administration should now be showing.

Mar charts are also available to be viewed and downloaded as a PDF format from Atlas central by selecting Print MAR Charts on the dashboard.
