Monthly Order - Outstanding Items Report

Once your monthly order has been placed on the Atlas eMAR device the Atlas Central web portal provides you with a real time report to view any prescriptions requested but have not yet been received by your pharmacy. We recommend that it is good practice to monitor the report from around day 15 of your current month cycle, then to follow up anything still outstanding on the day the monthly order delivery is made, this is usually 5 days prior to the medication start date allowing enough time to chase any outstanding prescriptions required for the next cycle.

To view your Outstanding Report please follow this process;

  1. Log in to Atlas Central and click the Medication Orders option located on the left hand side.

  2. From the medication orders sections click view on unit you wish you view (note if your home has multiple units you will need to view each units individual report).

  3. ClickPrint Outstanding Report to generate a PDF copy of the report.
