Once you have placed your monthly order on Atlas (handheld device) eMAR and have synchronised, the order will be available for you to print via Atlas Central. Although the order has been placed on the device the monthly order will need to be placed with the surgeries by either you at the home or the pharmacy as per your agreed process.

To view your current Monthly Order Summary follow this process;
1. Log into Atlas Central.
2. Select Medication Order then monthly orders.
3. Locate the unit you wish to view then select view.
4. Once the Monthly Order has been completed via Atlas eMAR, you will be able to view the current status of the items required for the monthly order on the Medication Order Details screen. The monthly order details screen displays the quantity ordered, the date the order had been completed on, who at the home placed the order via the device and the current supply status. Once the pharmacy have received and processed your monthly prescriptions you are able to print an list of outstanding items by selecting print outstanding items located above the order.
5. To print the Monthly Order Summary, click print order. This will give you the option to print the monthly order as one, or per surgery. The order will then download as a printable PDF document.
To view your historical Monthly Orders follow this process;
1. Log in to Atlas Central.
2. Open the reports tab by clicking reports and select document library.
3. Select details on the monthly order summary column this library displays all of the historical monthly orders which have been placed on the device.
4. Locate the order required by looking at the date it was placed, all orders display in chronological order. Each unit within your Care Home will have its own monthly order summary. You are able to search for a particular unit by using the location filter. Select details to view the document.
5. A printable PDF copy of the report will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).
Tips
Not able to see your monthly order? Please check that all items have been accounted for on Atlas eMAR and the order has been completed. Once the order has been placed the device will need to be synchronised to upload the order document to Atlas Central.
