Topical MAR charts are available to print from Atlas Central, these can be printed per resident or by Care Home unit.
How to print a Topical MAR chart
1. Log in to Atlas Central.
2. Click print MAR charts (purple tile) from the main dashboard alternatively click reports.
3. Expand on the Topical MAR Chart report.
4. Select a Care Home unit.
4. To generate a Topical MAR charts for all residents within the selected unit leave the patient drop down box as the default, all patients. To select a specific residents Topical MAR click the patient drop down.
5. Select the date which you require the TMAR chart to populate from (All MAR charts are produced on a 28 day cycle).
6. Click generate TMAR.
7. a printable PDF copy of the MAR will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).
Topical MAR chart can also be generate by a specific item from the residents profile
1.Log into Atlas Central
2. From the list of medication allocated to the residents select more on the medication column
3. From the medication details box Click Topical Med Chart.
4. A printable PDF copy of the MAR will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).
