MAR charts can be printed from the main dashboard, the residents profile or within the reports section. They can be printed by resident or per Care Home unit and both active and archive residents MAR charts are available from Atlas Central.
How to print MAR charts for the current monthly medication cycle
1.Log into Atlas Central.
2. Select residents. View the residents profile.
3. Select view MAR, a printable PDF copy of the MAR will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).
How to print MAR charts with a with a specific start date
1.Log into Atlas Central.
2. Click print MAR charts from the main dashboard alternatively click reports then click run reports.
3.Select a Care Home unit.
4. To generate MAR charts for all residents within the select unit leave the patient drop down box as the default, all patients. To select a specific residents MAR click the patient drop down.
5.Select the date which you require the MAR chart to populate from (All MAR charts are produced on a 28 day cycle).
6. Click generate MAR.
7. a printable PDF copy of the MAR will download, to print open the document and select the print icon (Note PDF reader will be required to open and print the document).
Tips
Historical MAR charts are available from the document library.
In the event of emergency MAR chart fax backs can be generated directly from the Atlas PCS device and fax to the Care Homes Fax machine.
