Users can be granted access to bypass the Care Homes Security which enables authorisation to individuals who may need to access the system however are not located at the authorised sites.
To enable this feature follow this process:
1. Log in to Atlas Central.
2. Select "Manage Users" from the main dashboard or from the left-hand navigation panel
3. locate the user profile you wish to apply the settings to and select edit located on the right-hand side
4. Tick Can Bypass Security and then select Update
The new settings will then be applied to the users account.
Tips
Before enabling this feature, users must ensure that the authorisation to implement this feature has been approved by the relevant person(s) or team within your organisation. If you are unsure on this process its recommended to speak with your line management.
