The residents screen provides you with an overall view of your resident information all in one place. From the resident's main screen you are able to search via name, absent status and even look at archived resident records on Atlas Central.

Each resident's profile gives a breakdown of their information for example, date of birth, doctors information, conditions and allergies along with an image of the resident. You are able to update the residents details directly from their Atlas Central profile. You are also able to print resident name labels, CMR reports and the current cycle MAR chart directly from the this page.

Medication Records

From Atlas Central you are able to view a breakdown off all of the medication allocated to the profile, this includes medication which the resident is no longer taking. Medication drill downs are available by selecting more on the medication column.

Prescriptions

You are able to view all prescriptions received and scanned into your pharmacy's system during the dispensing process. This displays the image of the prescription, the medication name and strength, current allocation and the quantity.

Resident Clinical Notes

The Resident note section on the residents profile displays any notes added to the residents profile via the Atlas PCS device for example "Take medication with a cup of water".

Documentation

The document section of the profile allows you to upload documents directly to the residents profile for safe keeping.

Change Log

The change log function display all changes made to residents medication within the date range chosen. This allows you to identify who made the change, the current status of the item and the date the change took place.
