Atlas QR Code Troubleshooting​

Method 1 – Adding profile in App configuration (Ascom)

1) Click on MCM Device Settings

2) Tap the WiFi Logo then click on< Back Arrow

3) Click on Ascom Settings

4) Click on Barcode Scanning

5) Click on App Configurations

6) Click on App Configuration (If it’s not showing, add the profile by clicking on the green plus +)

Once done, navigate back to Atlas eMAR and press the scan button on the right to scan the license barcode.

Method 2 – Button Configuration (Ascom)

1) Repeat steps 1-3 above

4) Click on Button configuration

5) Click on Multifunction button II

6) Click on Long Press

7) Click on Function and select Activate barcode scanner

Once done, navigate back to Atlas eMAR and press the scan button on the right to scan the license barcode.

Method 3 – Updating Atlas App (Ascom)

1) Install Play Store on MDM and click on MCM Device Settings

2) Tap the White Blank Icon

3) Click on Manage apps and Device

4) Click on Updates Available to check if there are any pending updates for the Atlas App and update if required.

Once done, navigate back to Atlas eMAR and press the scan button on the right to scan the license barcode.
