FAQ: How do I request a residents name label?

Resident labels are available to print via Atlas Central on the residents profile.

Alternatively these can be supplied by your pharmacy. Any new admissions to the home will usually have their labels sent out with their first medication supply from the pharmacy however you can request a new labels for any residents at any time.

Its recommend that patient labels are replaced every 6 months-1 year to ensure the bar codes are effective.
