Topical charts are available to print from on the Atlas Central site. We recommend that chart is printed and kept with the residents files however the item will still need to be accounted for on Atlas PCS for audit purpose.
To print a topical chart follow either of these processes below:
1. Log on to Atlas Central.
2. Select residents on on the tool bar located on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Request a verification code by selecting send verification code on the authentication page. Ensure you have the correct authentication type selected, to change the authentication type select the drop down box, then select send verification code. Once the code has been received enter it into the allocated box and click continue.
4. Either locate the resident by typing their name into the search box or scroll through the resident list displayed on screen. Once the resident has been located select view on the on the profile picture.
5. The resident medication list will be displayed on the profile, find the item you wish to print the topical form for then select more on the right hand side on the screen.
6. Under medication details, click topical med chart, a PDF copy of the chart will be downloaded to the PC. Click the downloaded PDF usually displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the screen to open it. Select the print icon to print.
Alternatively, the Topical Med Chart can be accessed, downloaded and printed from the Reports section within ATLAS Central:
1. Log on to Atlas Central.
2.Select Reports on on the tool bar located on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Then select Run Reports.
4. Select Topical Mar Chart.
Specify a Floor and the resident from the dropdown list or alternatively select all residents. Then select Generate TMAR. A new screen will pop up with the .pdf to print. Click the downloaded PDF usually displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the screen to open it. Select the print icon to print.
