To enable residents medication labels to scan your device must first download the medication label details which are produced during the dispensing process at your allocated Pharmacy. Once the medication has been "handed out" of the pharmacy's system, during the next successful synchronisation of your device the medication barcode details will be downloaded and will allow you to complete the booking in process.
To ensure that the device book in screen always has the most up to date information, we introduced a automatic synchronisation when loading the booking in screen as part of our Atlas eMAR 7.4 version release. This process takes will take place each time a user loads the booking screen, once completed the medication you have received will then be displayed.
