Withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.
Before releasing a withdrawal, we may need to:

Confirm that the payment method belongs to you.
Request additional documents or information.
Review your deposit and withdrawal activity.
Complete additional checks if unusual activity is identified.
If further information is required, we will contact you using the email address registered on your AlphiBet account.
The withdrawal will remain pending until the required checks have been completed.
What happens if I withdraw funds without using my deposit?
If you request a withdrawal without using some or all of the funds deposited, we may:
Request verification documents.
Complete additional identity or payment checks.
Review the relevant transactions.
Recover applicable payment-processing charges, where permitted.
Your withdrawal may remain pending while these checks are completed.
Can a withdrawal be cancelled or processed again?
We may cancel and process a withdrawal again when required by card-scheme or payment-provider rules.
A withdrawal may also be returned to your AlphiBet balance if:
Additional verification is required.
The payment provider cannot complete the payment.
The payment details are incorrect or no longer valid.
An account or security review is required.
AlphiBet is not responsible for charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
