How to withdraw
These steps apply to the desktop website in Google Chrome and the iOS and Android apps.
Example: Withdrawing to a debit card
Select My Account from the top menu.
Select Withdraw.
Select the Visa/Mastercard icon.
Check that you have selected the correct card.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Select Withdraw to complete your request.

Your payment method must be registered in your own name.
Make sure your account is verified.
Approval can take up to 24 hours while we complete our security and compliance checks.
