The Manage Guides table shows the status of each of your guides. The status can be:

  • DRAFT: This guide is still in the process of being created and has yet to be published.

  • PUBLISHED: This guide is live and accessible to end users.

  • UNPUBLISHED CHANGES: This guide has changes that have not yet been published in the live version of the guide. Unpublished changes are not visible to end users.

  • HIDDEN: This guide has been published previously but is now hidden from end users.

The Manage Guides screen allows you to perform different functions depending on the current status of the guide. Most available actions are shown by clicking on the Menu Ellipsis for a guide.

The actions available are:

  • Edit: This is available regardless of status and allows you to modify your guide.

  • Hide: Selecting this option hides the guide from end users, it is only visible to administrators on the guide management page.

  • Publish: This is available to guides with the DRAFT or UNPUBLISHED CHANGES status. Selecting this option makes the guide live and available to end users and changes the status to PUBLISHED.

  • Delete: Selecting this option deletes the guide from Guided Pathways. Deleted guides cannot be restored.
