Once you've created your guide, you must publish it before people can use it. You can publish a guide from the Manage guides screen, or directly from the editing screen when editing a guide.
Publishing from the Manage Guides Screen
To open the Manage Guides screen, click Manage Guides on the Guided Pathways home screen.
Once on the Manage Guides screen, click the Menu Ellipsis for the guide you want to publish and select Publish from the menu.
The guide is published immediately, and the guide status changes to PUBLISHED in the guide table.
Publishing from the Editing Screen
From the Manage Guides screen, click the Edit button next to guide you wish to edit.
After you have made the required changes to your guide, click Publish from the page header.
