Key capabilities in Activate 3.0:
Deployment Scheduling and Calendar: Schedule a launch date and time in the deployment time zone. Visualize how scheduled deployment elements unfold over time.
Scheduled Step Unlocking: Control when program steps become available using automatic rule-based scheduling or by selecting custom dates.
Step Messages: Author, configure, and maintain announcement messages aligned with step unlocking.
Insights Wall and Notifications: Browse, search, sort, filter, and engage with insights from a program in one place. Receive notifications when there is engagement with relevant insights.
Activator and Participant Onboarding: Activators receive tooltip page tours on novel or complex pages, guiding them through core features to help them build with confidence. Participants can receive Activator-designed program welcome slides and system-generated platform guidance.
Delete Organizations: Organization owners can safely schedule organization deletion with verification, a cancellation period, and access lockdown while deletion is pending.
Theme Color Selection: Select primary and secondary colors to customize programs.
Video Embedding: Embed supported video content in rich text fields throughout a program.
Additional capabilities will be released in later versions of the program.

All others will be granted access by invitation from Cognician staff.
