The Programs page is where you can find, open, create, and manage the programs in your organization.
Use this page when you want to review your existing programs, start a new program, or find a program you want to update.
Open All Programs
Go to Activate.
Select Programs from the main navigation.
You’ll see a list of the programs available in your organization.
Search for a program
Use Search when you want to quickly find a specific program. It’s especially useful when your organization has many programs and you already know what you’re looking for.
Select the Search field on the All Programs page.
Enter the program name or a keyword.
Review the matching results.
Select a program to open it.
Sort programs
Use Sort to change the order of the programs in your list. Sorting can help you find programs based on what matters most to you, such as recently updated programs or program names.
Select the Sort arrows next to applicable column titles in your program list.
Selecting once will sort the programs in ascending property order (for example, Program name sorts from A to Z)
Selecting twice will sort the programs in descending property order (for example, Program name sorts from Z to A)
Selecting a third time will undo sorting and return the programs to their original position.
Create a program
Select Create program when you want to start building a new activation program.

Open a program
To view or edit an existing program, select it from the All Programs list.
From a program page, you can work on areas such as:
title and description
path
step messages
cogs
variables
media
settings
Use the Bin
The Bin is where deleted programs can be reviewed.
Select the Bin when you want to check programs that have been removed from the active program list. Depending on your permissions and the program state, you may be able to restore a deleted program from the Bin.
