First, double check that you have launched your deployment:
Select Deployments on the main navigation menu.
Find your deployment and confirm that the status is Live.
Next, confirm that your messaging campaigns are complete and enabled:
Select the deployment.
Select the Analytics tab.
Select Messaging.
If your deployment is live and participants have received messages, try spreading the word through other channels to build up excitement!
