Introduction

Understanding workforce movements is key to staying ahead. Talent shifts, leadership changes, and workforce structures reveal strategic decisions—but tracking them across industries is time-consuming and fragmented.

That’s why we’re introducing Workforce Intelligence: a smarter, faster way to analyze workforce trends, benchmark competitors, and connect hiring activity to business performance.

Workforce Intelligence provides deeper staffing insights by country and job groups, using data from global professional networking websites. Use these insights directionally to understand staffing dynamics.

Read more about our methodology here.

What problem does it solve?

Workforce data is often scattered, making it hard to get a clear picture of hiring trends, leadership shifts, and workforce composition. Companies spend too much time piecing together insights from different sources.

Workforce Intelligence changes that by offering:
A structured, interactive view of workforce trends across industries
Company-specific insights into workforce composition, key hires, and leadership shifts - integrated in the company pages in the platform
A direct link between workforce developments and performance, helping you make data-driven decisions

Workforce Pulse – Spot hiring trends as they happen

With Workforce Pulse, you get an overview of hiring dynamics every quarter. See which companies are expanding, which job groups are in demand, and how hiring trends evolve over time.

Why it matters

  • Track industry-wide hiring trends to anticipate market movements

  • Identify competitors investing in key talent or scaling back

  • Benchmark your hiring strategies against the broader market

Example - Main cards in the pulse overview

Example - Slide out of the "Workforce development"

Example - Slide out of the "Leadership hires"

Performance Insights – Deep-dive into developments and setup

Hiring updates provide insightful snippets—but the overarching staffing patterns tell the story. The integration of Workforce Intelligence in Performance Insights allow you to go deeper and create detailed insights into trends and workforce composition. You’ll see a breakdown of workforce composition, hires by job function and country, and leadership changes. An interactive map is available to quickly spot workforce distribution across countries.

Why it matters

  • Understand how competitors structure their workforce and where they are hiring

  • See which trends are persistent, and which developments are short-lived

  • Identify key leadership changes that indicate strategic shifts

Example - Interactive charts on trends, workforce buildup and quarterly developments

Example - Interactive map with detailed filtering options (totals vs. developments, periods, job groups)

Example - Overview of recent leadership hires with ability to filter on internal vs. external hires, countries and job groups

Company Profile – A deep dive into workforce structures

Lastly, Workforce Intelligence has been added to the Profile page as well. On top of the existing map with the locations, we've added an overlay of the number of people per country as part of the Workforce Intelligence coverage as well. The map is at the core of the profile, helping you quickly spot workforce distribution across regions.

Why it matters

  • Understand how competitors structure their workforce

  • Quickly grasp workforce composition with a clear, interactive map

Example - A coloured scaled map has been added to the "Profile overview"
