How do I request my Procure password to be reset?
How do I request my Procure password to be reset?

If you have forgotten your Procure password, please email procure@phoenixmedical.co.uk to request a password reset.

If you know your password, but would like to change your password to one of your choosing, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Log in as usual

Step 2. Click the text in the right hand corner of the screen, which should say “Logged in as CUSTOMER NAME” which will take you to the password reset screen

Step 3. Follow instructions on the password reset screen. Fill in current password, desired new password, and confirm the new password again. Click “change password” to confirm. Your password will now be changed.
