There are various reports which are available to download and print in the Results tab of Surpass. Each of these reports show how a candidate performed in the exam. The options include:
Candidate Report – provides a summarised report on the sections of the exam shown in percentage format for a single candidate only. This also includes the result slip.
Candidate Breakdown and Test Breakdown – provides a summarised breakdown of the candidate's responses in the exam. This is broken down into percentages of learning outcomes, and then a total for that section, as well as a total for the overall exam.
Result Slip – provides a result slip for the candidate stating either Pass or Fail, the number of marks awarded and the percentage they scored for the exam.
You can customise your search results by using the filters available. When you have found the result you want, click on it to highlight the row:
When highlighted you can then select 'Candidate Report', 'Candidate Breakdown', 'Test Breakdown' or 'Result Slip' at the bottom of the page:
This will open the selected report within Surpass. If you hover your mouse over the report the options to Print or Save will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
