You no longer need to register learners for EPA Online Exams.
Once a learner has completed Gateway, they will be added to the centre's available candidates within 3 business days.
If the candidates are not available within 3 business days or you require the learner to be available sooner, please contact the exams team who will be able to support.
Once the learner has been registered, you may schedule the learner's Online Exam. To assist you with this process, please follow the guidance provided by clicking here.
It's important to note that registrations for EPA Online Exams are free of charge, and learners are able to take as many practice exams as needed.
We offer practice exams in Surpass for learners so they can get a good feel for how the system will work before they are required to undertake the real exam. This is only for the online assessment component of select EPA standards. Learners are able to take these practice exams at least 3 months before gateway. If you’d like access to these resources, please contact exams@eal.org.uk. Note: We do not provide mock assessments for interviews or practical components.
