Error | Solution |
Gender Value Incorrect | Gender has been entered/left blank rather than using codes 1-4 |
Ethnicity Value Incorrect | Ethnicity has been entered/left blank rather than using codes 1-17 |
PAR Value Incorrect | PAR has been entered/left blank rather than using codes 01-09 |
PO Number Blank | PO number is a mandatory field and must be entered when registering learners |
Registration Failed: Qual not approved | Centre Number is incorrect OR the qualification is not on your centres remit |
Material Expired | Pathway has been missed of the qualification code |
Mandatory Units Not Found | Mandatory units have been missed e.g. an exam |
Invalid Candidate | A non EAL candidate number has been entered |
Erroneous Unit XXX/XX not found in qualification XXX/XXXX/X | Optional units have been entered incorrectly |
N.B - if PUBS is left blank the system will default to 'N'
