Within the Schedule page of Surpass, there is a toggle option to swap between Flash and HTML viewing modes. The Flashed-based mode is no longer supported by browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, so if you have this mode turned on while using Surpass in a browser like this, you will see the following message:
To resolve this, please look towards the top right side of the screen to find the toggle shown below. Please ensure the 'standard' option is selected/highlighted in blue, as shown below.
Once this is done, you'll be able to see the information and learners in Surpass once more.
