How soon can a learner resit an exam?

Is there a waiting period between attempts for an exam? Not enough time has elapsed since this candidate last took the exam.

For all EAL online exams, there is a 3-day waiting period between attempts. This is in place to ensure learners have enough time to revise and review feedback from their last attempt before sitting the exam once more. This is in place for all learners and exams.

If a centre tries to schedule an exam to take place on a date that falls within that 3-day resit period, the learner will be greyed out in the candidate list, with the following reason listed again them:

Centres will still be able to schedule the re-attempt, but they will need to ensure to do so for a day after the waiting period is over.
