Once a 'Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations' form is created, it will remain listed on your home page until it is submitted to EAL for review. However, you will still be able to search for the form to access it at any time and check on its progress or status.

We encourage all centres to keep a record of the form numbers that have been submitted and which learners they correspond to as we have no way of reliably searching for specific learners. You will also need the form reference number when applying additional time for your learners for their online exams.

To locate any form, please click the 'advanced search' button above the forms area in your Smarter Touch home page.

The menu below will pop up. If you know the reference number for your form you will be able to enter it in the first field, 'Form title, reference or centre', to bring it up right away.

We would encourage you to change the 'Form Status' and 'Centre in control of form' fields to 'both'. If you know when the form was created you can also define this or specify a date range.

Then click 'Search forms' to produce results based on the information you have specified.
