Creating and working with a claim type
To view claims, click the ‘Contract settings’ section in the top navigation and then ‘Claim types’. The claim types are listed in the resulting view.
Create a new claim type
Enter the desired name and claim type description.
When you are done, click ‘Save’ to return to the claim type listing.
View created claim types
The details are listed under ‘Contract settings” -> ‘Claim types’. The sorting order may be changed under ‘Rearrange’.
Alphabetically (A-Z)
Alphabetically (Z-A)
Newest first
Oldest first
Last modified first
Preview claim type
Use arrow symbol to preview claim type content.
Editing a claim type
Select a claim type from the list of claim types and click ‘Edit’. The edit claim type window is displayed. Make the edits you want and click ‘Save’.
Removing a claim type
Click ‘Remove’ from the menu.

Search for claim types
Use the search feature to search for previously created claim types. Use keywords to narrow down your search.
