Document headers

Creating and working with document headers

To view the headers of a document, click the ‘Contract settings’ section in the top navigation and then ‘Document headers’.

Create a new header

Click ‘Create new header’.

In the resulting view, define the header details: Header name, logo and the text fields for columns 1 and 2. Headers may accommodate a maximum of three lines, the maximum number of character being 200.

NOTE! Logo's maximum height is 60 pixels, maximum width is 200 pixels and maximum file size allowed is 500 kilobytes.

View document headers

The details are listed under ‘Contract settings” -> ‘Document headers’. The sorting order may be changed under ‘Rearrange’.

Editing a document header

Select a document header, click the arrow on the right-hand side and choose ‘Edit’. The edit header view is displayed. Edit the desired sections and click ‘Save’.

Deleting a document header

Click ‘Remove’ from the menu.

Search for document headers

Use the search feature to search for previously created headers. Use keywords to narrow the search.

Klick 'Show' button and preview opens to other window.
