EU form templates
The “Other information” section on EU form templates contains several sub-sections that can contain text descriptions for the call for tenders
Presentation of the procuring entity
Non-disclosure, confidentiality and contractual penalty
Procurement background
Grounds for rejection
Total amount or scope
Contract procedure
Publicity of tender documents
Grounds for decision
Additional information on the type of procedure
Resolving disputes
Submitting the tender/application
Price and commercial terms
Billing and payment terms
Other matters
NOTE!
You can add additional information text:
- By entering it
- By copying/pasting it from another document
- By selecting pre-saved text from a drop down box (you can edit the selected text)
- Click on the cross to empty the text field
- Pre-saved text can be managed in the section "Settings > Pre-saved texts"
- You can also save text to the "pre-saved texts" menu on the fly by ticking the selection box next to the cross icon and entering a descriptive name for the pre-saved text
If text is entered into these fields, the text fields will also be shown on the call for tenders beneath the field name. If the text fields are left empty, the field names will not be shown on the call for tenders.

If text is entered into these fields, the text fields will also be shown on the call for tenders beneath the field name. If the text fields are left empty, the field names will not be shown on the call for tenders.
