Updating your browser

After updating your browser, we recommend that you empty the browser's cache and delete stored data. This will ensure that the newest version can be used as smoothly as possible. Your company's IT support personnel can provide more detailed information or instructions on updating your browser.

Emptying the browser's cache

If there are any technical problems with the service, make sure that you first check whether your browser settings meet the requirements. It often helps to empty the browser's cache.

It is usually possible to empty the cache using functions on the Tools or Options menus.

  • Cookies

  • Form data

  • Cookies

  • Cache

  • Active logins
