Suppliers are able to send questions to any active RFQ from the supplier portal. The questions are answered from Cloudia Sourcing.
There is two optinos how to go to question managament
A) Homepage settings-menu
You can also use the question management to check which RFQ's have unanswered questions. The questions management view can be found under Settings and behind the envelope-icon. The feature will list all RFQ's that have unanswered questions or answered questions. The questions pertaining to a specific RFQ can be viewed by selecting the status of the questions and the RFQ from the listing.

B) Active folder
A notice that has unanswered questions will have a question mark icon before the name in the request listing.
Locate the correct RFQ from the ‘Active’ folder and open its information page. From the information page, you can proceed to respond to the questions under ‘Unanswered questions’.

Enter your answer to the question in this filed
Remove
Removing the question will delete this question from the unanswered questions from the system. The question will still be visible for the supplier that asked the question in the Supplier portal.
Save but do not send
When the fields have been filled out, you can save your changes without sending using the ‘Save but do not send’ feature.
Add a attachment
You may add a document to the answer. The file size of the document may not exceed 50 megabytes, but the total number of attachments has not been restricted.
Send answer
An e-mail notification of the answer will be sent to all those who viewed the RFQ and the answers will be published in the Supplier portal.
Answered questions
The ‘Answered questions’ tab lists the questions that have already been answered. In this view you can set the question as unanswered or correct your answers.
Set as unanswered
Move the question back to unanswered
If this is done, you can do all the unsanwered question functionalities
