Creating and working with a phrase library
To view the phrase library, click the ‘Contract settings’ section in the top navigation and then ‘Phrase library’.
Add a new phrase group
Enter a phrase group name
Enter a phrase group description
Choose an organisation unit
When you are done, click ‘Save’ to return to the phrase group listing.
View phrase libraries
The details are listed under ‘Contract settings” -> ‘Phrase library’. The sorting order may be changed under ‘Rearrange’.

Alphabetically (Z-A)
Newest first
Oldest first
Last modified first
Editing a phrase group
Select a document phrase group, click the arrow on the right-hand side and choose ‘Edit’. The edit phrase group view is displayed. Edit the desired sections and click ‘Save’.
NOTE! If you edit or delete a phrase group, the changes will not affect the phrase groups previously used in contracts.
Deleting a phrase group
Click ‘Remove’ from the menu.

Add a new phrase
Select a phrase group from the list, and then click ‘Add new phrase’.
The add new phrase view is displayed.
Phrase name
Phrase text
Lock the content where applicable
When you are done, click ‘Save’.
Editing a phrase
Choose 'Phrase group phrases'
Select a phrase, click the arrow on the right-hand side and choose ‘Edit’. The edit phrase view is displayed. Edit the desired sections and click ‘Save’.
NOTE! If you edit or delete a phrase group, the changes will not affect the phrase groups previously used in contracts.

Search from phrase library
Use the search feature to search for phrase groups from the phrase library. Use keywords to narrow the search and to limit it to only apply to the phrase groups of your own unit.
