Cloudia Contract allows you to create organisation and unit-level notifications as well as contract and contract case-specific notifications.
Search notifications
Allows you to search for notifications.
Click ‘Search notifications’
Create organisation notification
The administrator of the organisation may create an organisation-specific notification.
Click ‘Create organisation notification’
Organisation notifications will be displayed for all users irrespective of their unit
Title:
Enter a title for the notification
Service:
Choose which you want to publish the notification

Closed
Archived
Publication period:
Define the publication period
Content:
Enter content for the notification
Click ‘Save’.
Create organisation unit notification
The administrator of the organisation may create organisation unit-specific notifications.
Click ‘Create organisation unit notification’
Organisation unit notifications will be displayed for the users in the chosen organisation unit and its sub-units, if any
Organisation unit:
The details of the user’s organisation unit are added by default
Change the unit where necessary
Title:
Enter a title for the notification
Service:
Choose which you want to publish the notification

Click ‘Save’.
Contract folder notifications
For instructions on how to create a contract folder notification, see ‘Contracts search’ -> ‘Contract folders’ -> ‘Create contract case notification”.
The megaphone icon indicates that there is a notification pertaining to the contract folder and contract. When a notification is created for a contract folder, it will also be inherited to any contracts related to the contract folder.
View a contract folder notification
Click ‘Contracts search’ -> ‘Contract folders’
Select a contract folder
Click ‘View’
To open the notification, click ‘Notifications’
