Contract cart

The contract collection feature makes it possible to make changes to contracts en masse.

  • Change internal contract information

  • Edit reading and editing rights

  • Change contract type

  • Move contracts to another unit (* Additional functionality)

  • Copy contracts for an external user (*Additional functionality)

  • Transfer contracts to an external user (*Additional functionality)

  • Add contract attachment

  • Add other attachment

  • Add metadata

Making changes


Select the contracts you want to add to the contract collection. You may add the contracts one by one or click ‘Add all to contract cart’ to add all the contracts in the listing simultaneously.

When the contracts have been moved, proceed to the contract collection view to make the changes.

  • In the contract cart, you may make your changes to the desired contracts by selecting them from the list or simultaneously to all contracts in the collection.

    • Change internal contract information

      • You may set the contract as an internal contract

    • Edit reading and editing rights

      • Change reading and editing rights en masse

        • Mass editing of person in charge

        • Mass editing of debuty persons in charge

        • Mass editing of reading rights

        • Mass editing of editing rights

    • Change contract type

      • Select a new contract type

      • Choose whether you want the metadata to be inherited

        • Replace those inherited from the previous type

        • Add new

        • Do not change

      • Choose whether you want the Milestones to be inherited

        • Add new

        • Do not change

    • Move contracts to another unit
      * Additional functionality

      • Select organisation

      • Select responsible person

    • Copy contracts for an external user (*Additional functionality)

      • Enter the user’s e-mail

      • Select if you want to remove the contract from the from contract cart after the functionality

    • Transfer contracts to an external user (*Additional functionality)

      • Enter the user’s e-mail

    • Add contract attachment

      • Add an attachment from your computer

    • Add other attachment

      • Add an attachment from your computer

    • Add metadata

      • Add metadata to the contract

Click ‘Save’ to make the necessary changes or click ‘Cancel’ to exit the view.
