Termination of an active contract
The contract overview page can set the notice period during which the contract remains valid
The notice period can be set in days, weeks, months or years
Or alternatively for a specific date
Change status to Terminated
The status of the agreement is changed from the Status tab
When the status is set to terminated, the system will ask you to confirm this change and at this point it is still possible to change the termination period
After this, the status of the contract will change Active (Termination period active)
Cancellation of termination
If the contract is active, it is possible to cancel the termination
After that, the agreement becomes active again with same periods as before
However, if the termination period has expired and the agreement is in the Terminated state, the agreement must be changed to Draft and re-signed in order to get it back into Active
