Contract amandments (New)

When contract is active, it is possible to do amandments if necessary.

When you go to the contract's ''Status'' tab, you will find the button ''Start contract amandments''.

After confirming contracts status will change to Active (Contract amandments active)

With amandents feature you can edit almost all information, which can also be edited with a contract in Draft mode. It is not possible to change the signature method by amending the contract.

In the example shown below, the contract period was modified, so the spanner mark appears at the modified information.

When the contract changes are ready, you can find the tab "Summary of contract changes" on the contract.

On the summary page, you can find the contract changes document, where the old information is shown in red and the new information in green.

On this tab, you can accept or cancel contract changes.

If necessary, a comment round can be started regarding contract changes from the section ''Add a new comment round''.

NOTE! This round of comments is part of the contract changes and includes the change document and attachments if they have been added!

Title and recipents are mandatory. Cover note and deadline are optional. Internal and external recipients can be added to the recipients.

You can add attachments for the commenting round and change settings

If the contract has been signed electorinally, users can start new signing process or add evidence that both parties accept the amandments

After amandments has been accepted, contract returns as active

From "Status" page you can revert contracts previous version
