🔘 Payment statuses

🟢 What the statuses in "Payment History" mean

“Processing” - 🟡 indicator with "X"

Your payment has been received by the system and is undergoing standard automatic processing.

This usually takes from a few seconds to several minutes.

During this stage:

  • the details and amount are checked for correctness;

  • the payment is sent to the bank/payment gateway;

  • the system is waiting for confirmation from the partner.

If the status doesn't change for a long time, the reason is most often on the bank's side or temporary delays with the payment gateway.

“Successful” - 🟢 indicator

The payment is completed and confirmed:

  • funds have been sent to the specified details.

The status cannot be changed — the transaction is considered final and completed.

“Declined” - red with "X"

The transaction was not completed. Possible reasons include:

  • incorrect details;

  • the bank declined the transaction;

  • exceeded limits;

  • outdated payment data;

  • technical error with the payment gateway.

In this case, the money is automatically refunded to the balance (without notification).

If the funds haven't been refunded, contact support with the transaction time.

🔄 How is the withdrawal confirmed?

Withdrawals undergo automatic verification on the website, but there are cases of manual rechecks.

🔘 Why did the payment go into manual review?

Your payment could have been sent for manual review for one of the following reasons:

1. Technical check by the payment partner

Sometimes, the gateway automatically stops the transaction and requires operator confirmation.

2. Bank request
The bank requested confirmation or paused the payment for KYC/AML verification.

What to do?
Usually, just wait for the status update. If additional information is needed, support will inform you separately.

⏳ Why is the withdrawal/replenishment taking longer than usual?

If the transaction is delayed, the reasons may include:

1. Peak load times
Evenings, weekends, or major events—during these times, payment gateways are overloaded, and processing time may increase.

2. Internal security checks
Checking:

  • Data match.

  • Transaction history.

  • No suspicious activity.
    This is standard practice for financial services.

3. Bank delays
Banks often manually review transactions:

  • Anti-fraud filters.

  • Source of funds verification.

  • Client confirmation.

4. Payment partner issues
Sometimes the gateway may be temporarily unavailable or overloaded.

5. Outdated/incorrect details
If you are using outdated details for card-to-card, SBP, cryptocurrency, or replenishment by number, the transaction might slow down or get stuck.

6. KYC requirement
For large withdrawals, the service might request identity verification—this is a standard AML procedure.
