🔘 Working with banks

🏦 My bank declined the transfer — what should I do?

Try the following:

  1. Check the bank's limits.

  2. Retry the transfer with a smaller amount.

  3. Try transferring through a different bank or card.

  4. Check if your online transaction limit is blocked.

  5. Disable and re-enable mobile banking.

If the transfer keeps being declined, contact your bank's customer support.

❌ Why did the bank block the transaction?

Possible reasons:

  • The bank's transaction limits have been exceeded.

  • The transfer seems suspicious due to security concerns.

  • You are using a card that is restricted for P2P transfers.

  • The transfer exceeds the bank's daily/monthly limit.

  • Insufficient funds on the card or transactions are blocked.

The bank may temporarily freeze the transaction to protect the customer — this is a standard procedure.

📛 Why is the transfer not going through via card? Possible reasons:

  • Incorrect card number/phone number or recipient's name.

  • Exceeded limits at your bank.

  • The bank has temporarily restricted transactions.

  • Insufficient funds in the account.

  • The bank is undergoing technical maintenance.

  • Fraud protection (anti-fraud) is active.

If the transfer fails more than 2–3 times, try using another bank.

🧩 My bank limits: why didn't the bank allow sending the amount?

Each bank sets its own limits:

  • For P2P transfers (card-to-card).

  • For a single transaction.

  • For daily or monthly volume.

If you're trying to send an amount above the limit, the bank will automatically decline the transaction.

You can view the limits in your bank's app under the Payments / Limits / Card Settings section.
