🔘 Payment security

🔒 How to protect your payments? Security recommendations.

To ensure your transfers are secure, follow these simple rules:

  • Only send money to details from your personal account.

  • Never use information from old messages, chats, or screenshots.

  • Do not share payment receipts or screenshots with third parties.

  • Do not share your card details, CVV, PIN, SMS codes, push notifications, or bank login/password with anyone.
❗️ Support will never ask for this information ❗️

  • Use only your phone and your bank account.

  • Make sure the recipient's name matches the name in your account.

  • Do not send money based on emotional requests, urgent messages, or personal chats — this is a sign of fraud.

  • If there is an error in the transfer:

    • Immediately contact your bank.

    • Then, contact platform support with the receipt.

If someone offers "fast deposit," "best rate," or "personal details" — they are scammers.

🕵️ How to recognize scammers pretending to be support:

Scammers may try to copy the support team's communication style. Here’s how to spot them:

  • They message you privately on Telegram/WhatsApp. Real support does not do this.

  • They ask for SMS codes, card details, or photos of your card.

  • They provide details that do not match the information in your account.

  • They offer "fast withdrawals/deposits without fees."

  • They message from unofficial accounts, without a verification checkmark, or without the operator's ID.

If you’re in doubt, open the support chat directly through the website/app, not via a link.

📞 Why we never ask for SMS codes, card details, or personal financial information:

Because:

  • Access to your account is provided through a secure authorization system.

  • Only you and your bank are required to confirm transactions.

  • Support does not need your CVV, PIN, SMS, push codes, or passwords — we cannot use them.

An operator will never ask for:

  • Your full card number

  • CVV

  • Card expiration date

  • Passwords

  • Confirmation codes

  • Internet banking login/password

If anyone asks for these, they are 100% a scammer.

🔐 How to verify that the payment details are valid?

  • Current payment details are always found only in your personal account.

  • If the details are updated, the old ones become unavailable.

  • Before making a transfer, always verify the card/account number, phone number, and recipient's name.

  • Do not save payment details in notes — they may change.

If the operator sends payment details in a chat, still double-check them with your personal account.

✋ What to do if you sent a transfer to the wrong recipient?

  1. Immediately contact the bank from which the transaction was made.

  2. Inform them that the transfer was made in error and request a cancellation or refund.

  3. In most cases, the bank can help if the payment is still being processed.

  4. If the funds have already been sent, the bank will send a request to the recipient.

  5. After contacting the bank, reach out to our support team and provide the receipt.

The quicker you act, the higher the chances of recovering your funds.
