If your phone number is not verified, an indicator will appear in your profile next to the “Settings” button. Verifying your number helps protect your account and speeds up certain functions.
🔘 How to verify your phone number
Go to Profile → Settings.
Click on the “Phone” field.
In the pop-up window, select “Verify Number”.
An SMS code will be sent to your phone. Enter it to complete the verification.
💡 Make sure your number includes the country code and is entered correctly.
🔘 If the number won’t verify
If the system doesn’t accept the code or verification fails:
make sure you have a stable internet connection;
check that your phone has signal;
ensure “Do Not Disturb” mode is turned off;
try requesting the code again after 60 seconds.
If the SMS still doesn’t arrive — contact us via chat.
🔘 If you need to change your phone number
You can change your number in Profile → Settings → Phone.
If the system doesn’t allow the update or an error appears — contact us via online chat, and we’ll help update it manually.
🔘 After successful verification
A checkmark will automatically appear next to the “Phone” field, indicating that your number is verified.
