🔘 Name and date of birth
You can change this information yourself in:
Profile → Settings
🔘 Phone number
You can change your phone number in the Settings section.
If, for any reason, the system does not allow you to update the number — contact us via online chat, and we will help make the change.
🔘 Email address
You can change your email address yourself only once.
If you need to change it again or the system does not allow the update — contact us via online chat, and we will assist you.
🔘 Password
You can change your password in two ways:
1) If you remember your current password
Go to:
Profile → Settings → Security (Password)
and set a new password.
2) If you don’t remember your password
Use the “Forgot?” button on the login page and follow the instructions.
🔘 New password requirements
Your password must contain:
at least 8 characters
at least 1 number
both uppercase and lowercase letters
