Log in to your account.

Go to My Account.

Select Game History.

Month: Game sessions are grouped by month.

Game session: Displays the game name. Select the arrow to expand or collapse the session.

Session summary: Start displays when the session began. Game P&L is the total returns minus the total stakes placed during that game session.

Transaction ID or Bet ID: Select the copy icon displayed next to the ID to copy it. You may need it when contacting Customer Service about a Casino game session.

Round history: Expand a session to view its individual game rounds. Each row displays the Time, Stake and Return.

Load More: Select Load More to display additional rounds when the full session history is not shown.

Open your Bet History.

Select Sports or Casino, depending on the activity you want to include.

Select Generate Report.

Select Yes, Generate to confirm your request. To cancel it, select No, Go Back.

Your report will begin processing. If processing takes longer, you will receive a message in your Inbox when it is ready.

When Download Report appears, select it to download an Excel file containing a detailed breakdown of your Sports betting or Casino game activity.
