How can I escalate a Dispute?

At all times Wiz Slots endeavour to provide outstanding customer care and an unmatched customer experience. If at some point you feel this has been compromised and a dispute arises, we have a 3 stage complaints procedure which can be found here.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint you can contact the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, stating that you have a “complaint against BV Group”. You will be asked to provide details of your complaint and complete the Complaint Resolution Request Form.
