Closing my account

Should you wish to close your account you can do so at any time, you can close it yourself on the app or contact us through either email or on our contact us page and we can close the account for you. The email address is support@wizslots.com.

You may also close your account via the iOS mobile app by going to your account settings.

Accounts that are closed by customer's request can be reopened at any time, but be aware this does not apply to accounts closed under self exclusion.
